About FNRC
Indigenous-led. Community-driven. Built for opportunity.
The First Nations Resources Consortium is an Indigenous-led non-profit focused on economic empowerment through training, employment services, entrepreneur development, and connected support systems.

Our Story
FNRC works to strengthen access to opportunity for Indigenous individuals, businesses, and communities by combining culturally aligned programming with practical workforce and enterprise pathways.
FNRC is part of a broader ecosystem that includes FRC Group's consulting and strategic business support model. Together, these structures are designed to support both immediate outcomes and long-term sustainability for Indigenous communities.
We believe opportunity grows when access is clear, support is practical, and development is rooted in community. That is why our work focuses on connection, capacity, and real pathways forward.
Our Values
What guides everything we do.
Self-determination
Indigenous people and communities set the direction for our work.
Cultural Safety
We create spaces that honour language, culture, ceremony, and traditional knowledge.
Equity & Inclusion
We prioritize those who face multiple barriers, including women, girls, 2S+ people, youth, and people affected by violence or exploitation.
Strong Relationships
We build partnerships grounded in trust, accountability, and shared goals.
